Good service (rare in a Marriott) and nice rooms since the makeover. The Atrium is cool AF 🤪
For the most part, the hotel was nice but there are definitely a handful of areas that need Improvement. We also had a few things occur that left us with a bad taste. Our biggest complaint was the valet parking, or lack thereof. The entire city was pretty busy due to the CheerSport competition, but in all honesty these things should be planned for ahead of time. I can not say enough great things about this hotel. We attended America’s Mart this week and the staff went over and beyond and were genuinely concerned about our Atlanta stay.
The hotel needs a room makeover. We had a suite, which was very large with 2 balconies, 2 TV’s but it was not as clean as I would have liked. The cleaning staff should be trained better or let go.
