I stayed at the hotel for the Heritage Ball Event. The hotel is huge and overall decent so my complaints are minimal. I think it’s room for improvement starting with the carpet-needs to be replaced in and outside of the rooms. Also wasn’t happy with the towels. Staff needs to go through towels and make sure there are no rust stains, black marks or anything else for that matter.
Very nice place, clean and respectful! As a part of a 2000 attendees event, it was very cool. Nice pool, plenty of restaurants and a grown folks environment!
This was a wonderful weekend experience. Heritage Ball has grown into the ultimate "things to do" four day weekend.....not only dance workshops....but health walks, workouts, healthy food preparation classes, family fued, a downtown Black Heritage parade, etc. etc. etc.
Clean, modern, all conveniences of home, friendly staff starting with front desk agents, concierges & house keeping. Great service, no complaints even the meeting rooms & Ballrooms - excellent. I would book there again.
Beautiful hotel even though I was there for only three nights the experience was beautiful staff was very helpful and pleasant I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family and would definitely come back in the near future
I was just there for a weekend steppers set and the hotel was very nice and clean i will use again
