room was not clean. hairs on toilet and in shower. we had an event there, so with my dessert plate also had hair!! trying to get to the hotel for valet is a nightmare. our company has an event there yearly and every year we experience the same thing - inefficiency!! I understand everyone is trying to check in at once but getting up the elevators is a huge wait too. the management should work on proble solving!! always disappointed with this hotel every year!! terrible management.

actually we ended up having an awful experience this morning. We were booked at the Marriott due to an incident with shortage of rooms from the Hyatt (around 2am) and when we were checking out to check in back over at the Hyatt we called downstairs to the Marriott to assist us with luggage. They stated they could not help us, the Hyatt needed to come over to the Marriott and get our luggage. We called the Hyatt and they stated the Marriott needed to bring it over.
