Everything was great with the room, staff, cleanliness of the room, food in the restaurant....... Then we get ready to leave...... The valet service notified us that our vehicle was stuck in neutral, obviously the driver forced the vehicle out of park without applying the brake and broke the linkage!!!!! Of course, the hotel wouldn't accept any responsibility!!! And my vehicle was parked in a non-videod area. ��� All repairs � to our vehicle were put solely on us!
Unlike all of these reviews I had an amazing time in Atlanta, went to watch the cowboys and falcons game, my room was amazing on the 15th floor, amazing view and had no trouble with staff, thanks for an amazing stay!!

Totally impressed with the hotel. Reminded me of Las Vegas of which I frequent quite a bit. Service was good, valet parking and staff was pleasant, rooms were good, and the whole place looks awesome. We throughly enjoyed our stay there. The whole staff was very good. My business partners and family will definitely come back to stay. Thank you.
The room was nice, the hallways were very dirty. One glass sat in the hallway for 3 days, I wonder how many staff just walked past it. I did bring it up to the manager 3 hours before I checked out, still there on my way out. Would have thought something as simple as that would have been taken care of. :(
