Lobby was extremely nice and the staff was so helpful!
It took two hours and three phone calls to bring up our requests from housekeeping, there was garbage on the floors in the elevator and hallways and we left our room at 9am - notifying the staff to clean our room. We came back at 230p the room was still not clean. I have been a Marriott Rewards club member for over 15 years and this is my worst experience ever.
Excellent hotel and staff! I had a beautiful view and a great night sleep. It was wonderful not having to leave the hotel for anything as it was a food court and mall attached! Bravo!
I went there for the medtrade conferences and Expo. The hotel and my room were very clean. the staff was great. I will Definitely stay there again next year. Recommend it to everyone
Worse hotel I have ever been to. The rooms are hideous. 2’ closet with bar to hang clothes going front yo back so can’t see behind first piece. No bureau or drawers for clothes. Tiny horrible bathrooms. Cheap furniture that is falling apart. Horrible fake wood floors. Furniture is uncomfortable. If staying here for more than one night. Don’t do it!
