Always enjoy my visits there! Even before I bought my first bike, they have always treated me like family. I've been a fan ever since.
my husband and I had a great experience at Southside Harley-Davidson, they were extremely helpful in any questions we had and we're very thorough of all the steps involved in getting financed and getting the motorcycle.

Most friendly bunch of people I have encountered in a long time. I was just visiting and stopped in for a T-shirt and poker chips and they were very welcoming.
Keith on the sales floor was well informed and helpful. He showed me every used bike in my budget and after buying my first bike snapped a few photos. He said he runs the photos for the website as well. a very customer focused individual. man needs a raise.
I bought my 2007 FXSTC there! No pressure, they were patient with me, and helped me make it work with affordable payments. It's a "family" of employees through the stages of buying from beginning to pick out a bike to financing. If they don't have what you are looking for they will contact you when they get something in. I also trust them with servicing my bike. I've had cable upgrades to new tires. Not just the wrenchers but the guys at the service desk are very helpful.
Awesome place and people. Highly recommend Southside. It’s the heart and soul of everything from clothes to bikes. You never want to leave when you get there
