I took my bike in on Thursday, March 7th. I asked for a state inspection, oil change 5k check up, recheck the ongoing noise. and a brake flush. Picked it up this morning. State inspection was done, oil change was done 5k was done ? They adjusted the belt. didn't hear any belt noise. I didn't say it was a belt noise. I keep telling them it's a noise. To me ( the none Technician ) it sounds like a warped brake rotor. Oh and the brake flush that I asked them To Do. Wasn't done. nothing about it was even listed on the SOR. Appar... read more

Bought a bike on Friday but, I just got around to posting a review. This place is awesome and the staff is laid-back and cool. Went in on Friday to look at some bikes before the sale on Saturday and ended up leaving with a bike because they were easy to deal with and straight up and worked out a deal. Everything was easy and it was a cool place to hang out. My sales rep (Martin) was cool and followed up on everything, to make sure i was taken care of. Definitely recommend this place.

I have always had a great experience at Southside! The customer service can’t be beat. The service repair is on point. The mechanics are knowledgeable and will even give you advice on doing minor repairs yourself. I have never and I mean never had a bad experience here and I have been going there for at 11 years.
