I am a fairly new customer to Southside. I had been in a few times but only for motor clothes. They are fully professional, knowledgeable and fun staff that they have a new full time Customer. They fixed my bike after their competitor tried 7 times. They took the time to explain how to use new parts that I purchased and went out of their way to help me spend a lot of money on motor clothes 😂😉. Bottom line.....I highly recommend them over their competitor in Portsmouth.

Their customer service, professionalism, knowledge, and friendliness is off the chart better than any dealership of any kind I've ever visited!!! I'm now the proud owner of a 2020 Harley Davidson Road Glide Limited with a Twin-Cooled Milwaukee Eight 114 (1868cc) engine in red/black two tone.
