I bought my bike from Mike "Red" Lupino at Southside a little over a month ago. It's my first bike in about 17 years. Great guy and a great dealership. Everyone I've interacted with there was friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend them as the best H-D dealership in the area.
I had the worst experience To day dealing with with Southside Harley-Davidson, First of all about a week ago I had 10 inch bars installed on my 2014 street glide, the technician who installed them forgot to hook up my heated grips. This place is great about selling you a bike. Then they will give you a service plan, great right? then they won't actually do simple tasks like changing the oil. I changed the oil for the first time myself at home at 15k. After they "changed" it at 11k. I pulled only a quart and a half out of both the primary and crankcase. Burnt oil and all. the reason I did this is because of a knock and in the front jug and then I took it in.
