Great Harley Davidson dealer. Always recommend my friends to Jeff, even after the sale he still answers the phone when you call and helps you with what ever you need. Service department is usually very prompt with the service can always get me in a day from when i call. Parts guy are awesome too they take the extra time with me to add up my points and strategically save me the most money they can. All around great place if im in the area thats my go to place to kill some time.
Was traveling - Got my bike fixed in couple hours. Great job to everyone!

Keith in sales was very helpful and understanding. Service is the worst i have ever experienced. I recommend Keith in sales for buying a bike but I would NOT recommend anything dealing with service there.

There was an internal miscommunication, totally 100% on our end, and we want you to know that we do value you as a customer and a part of the Southside family. We are going to do everything we can to make it right, and I am going to ask that you please give our entire dealership another chance in the future.
