The store that had a very personable feel to it is no longer there. Especially in the service department. Since firing, furloughed or even allowing to leave the people that had been there for years and knew who you were when you came in for service. You had conversations with them. We usually call after the repairs have been completed, but before we do a courtesy detail wash of every bike we service. Our service department has been briefed to express to each customer when the bike is completely ready for pick up, which is after the detail wash has been finished.

Southside HD has gone above and beyond for me. I am a new rider and I rode my bike from Yorktown across the bridge in a storm. The wind speeds increased up to around 30mph that day. Southside held my bike for me over night and then brought it to Yorktown the next day. Thank you Southside for welcoming me into the family and taking great care of me and my bike!

I bought a 2020 Lowrider S from southside. The purchase was late in the day and close to closing time. Due to that I didn’t get to take a very close look at the bike. The next day I found a good size dent in the tank along with some swirl marks under the clear coat. And what looked like polish splattered over the bike.
