I am very happy with S O Orthopedics, staff and practitioners all
August 2020, I had thumb surgery to relieve my arthritic joint. Dr. Paul Sternenberg, board-certified hand surgery specialist performed the surgery and I am extremely happy with the results. My thumb is stronger than before and all the pain in the joint is resolved. He was caring and compassionate to my concerns and took time to explain in ways that was helpful. I was seen by Dr Clevenger for knee pain and shoulder pain. He ordered x-rays of both. He was very professional, pleasant and caring. After the exam he injected my knee with cortisone. He said for me to return in a week for my shoulder injection. I was able to walk down the stairs and get into the car with almost no pain. My family have been patients of Dr. Bloom and Dr Kranenburg and the experience has been completely positive.
Very rude staff. Don't return phone calls. Don't explain anything or take time to even act like they care. Was shooed off by front desk while saying she doesn't deal with that when I asked what to do with my prescription for pt.
I would not send anyone to these people. They ushered people in like cattle, spend no time explaining the procedures, or the procedure that they are doing. Horrible excuse for people that call themselves Dr's.
And it's bull crap you don't care one bit about are opion!!!
You call your self caring Drs.i broke my wrist bad few years ago tension severed went up into upper arm. I was a thousand dollars short of surgery so said sorry.wont do surgery without full payment.yhey said I would never be able to use my arm again said I wouldn't even be able to hold s coffee cup!!!now they didn't care that I would lose a limb!!!!they need to realize I'm just as good as you are I put my pants on one leg at a time too!!!im being seen there right now.now I have something wrong with my other arm my dream refe... read more
