I have I used this company for several years to clean my dryer vents (annually). Most recently, today. Each time has been a good experience. I received a reminder email and phone call about my appointment, this morning, Stephen called to let me know he was on his way, he was on time, and did a thorough and complete job. He checked out smoke and carbon monoxide detectors to make sure they were functioning and not expired. We had Melvin come by today to clean our roof mounted dryer vent. He was able to quickly able to find the problem, recommend a solution and fixed the problem. Now, our dryer is working like new again! Smoke Alert also performed the smoke detector/fire extinguisher assessment. While I want to update my current smoke detectors to be photoelectric, I am not ready to do so today. Melvin was not pushy at all. I plan to use Smoke Alert again in the future.
Smoke Alert came to clean my dryer vent. Tyler was polite, professional, and thorough in his explanation of the process. I also purchased a fire extinguisher which he had on his truck. They also check gas log fireplaces. I would recommend this company and would call them again for their services.
Had our dryer vents cleaned based on neighbors reviews. Our technician / professional firefighter was top notch. They will do a safety check as well at no cost. We knew our smoke alarms were due to be replaced and the prices were very reasonable. I will be using them again in the future.

I recently had my dryer duct cleaned and was impressed by the courtesy and professionalism I experienced both with the office staff in setting up the appointment and the technician who did my cleaning. He made a point to explain the process to me and took the time to patiently answer my questions. I would definitely recommend SmokeAlert!
Very professional. They called me the day before, emailed me just before the appointment, and emailed my invoice afterwards. Very helpful tips to make our home a safe place. Highly recommended, especially if you have a roof dryer vent to check.
