I called Smoke Alert due to a dryer vent issue on my 30 year old home. Lonnie gave me lots of options to solve my issue with no pressure. They are owned and operated by firefighters so I felt confident in choosing them. He also checked my smoke detectors and carbon minoxide detectors, replaced both of my hard wired smoke detectors as they were quite old. Lonnie explained everything he had to do and I really appreciated it. This is a caring and well priced company. Call them!
Amazing service from start to finish! Nan was able to help me with a change in my time, and Lonnie was professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, and also made a few suggestions (no hard sell of any kind) to improve my home safety. We had arranged to have five or six homes serviced (dryer vent cleaning), and Smoke Alert gave us all a discount. I recommend them enthusiastically!
Lonnie was great - finally had dryer vents cleaned out. Something everyone should have done! Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors updated and replaced too! Feel better already!

I recently had them come out to clean a dryer vent begore i had a W/D delivered. I asked before and was told a new exterior vent cover could be installed. I purchased one, but the guy gave no indication he would do this even after i mentioned i was told they would. Cleaning of the vent took less than 10 minutes, so not totally sure that was done and now i have to call someone else and have the exterior vent cover replaced.
They were very professional!!! Informative, called to reconfirm appointment. Technician friendly, educated us on any questions we had, treated our home like his own. Our gas logs never looked better, and the cap they installed is awesome. Thank you sirs!!!!!!! We will definitely use y'all again, and tell our friends about you!!!!
