Josh did an great job cleaning out our dryer vent, our direct vent gas fireplace and installing new smoke alarms. He was very professional. We would not hesitate to call them again. Lonnie was professional and personable while sweeping our chimney. He went on to explain the dangers of the flexible dryer duct, removed a clogged screen, and provided a quote to replace everything that was very reasonable. Before leaving, he even inspected our smoke detectors and told us how to improve our coverage. I plan to use Smoke Alert from now on.
I would highly recommend this company. I hired them to clean my dryer vent. They also did a free safety check. Replaced outdated smoke detectors that I didn't realize were outdated. Very reasonably priced. Excellent customer service and timely service. Will certainly use them again. What a great company!
Lonnie was swift, efficient and had professional craftsmanship when replacing my dryer exhaust vent. He arrived right on time and had the entire vent and exhaust system replaced within 1 hour. Smoke Alert also gave me a very good price and made sure I was happy with my service. I highly recommend Smoke Alert and Lonnie Harp.
Did a great job on my dryer. My vents were not in code. He gave me a price to fix. He did the job and since it was an easy job the price he quoted came down which was awesome. I even got a smoke detector from y'all since the price was so great. They are the cheapest around but they do good work
