Super impressed with Smoke Alert Home Fire Safety! Melvin was our tech and was knowledgeable, professional and didn't mind my giant dog getting in his way. He cleaned out our dryer vent and replaced a few parts to ensure good air flow. He also evaluated the fire safety of our home (need to add some more smoke detectors in this old house). It is run by firefighters too so you know they know what they are talking about. Highly recommend! I will be telling all of my friends, family and clients about them.
Melvin did a great job cleaning my dryer vents today. He was very professional and efficient!
This is the first time we have used Smoke Alert. We needed to have our dryer venting cleaned. Melvin called ahead to notify us that he would be 10 min late as his first job of the day had run over. He arrived promptly, looked over our system and clearly outlined the work necessary. He also reviewed our fire safety precautions (smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, etc). Excellent service. My dryer is finally venting properly!
Second time I have used this service and I remain impressed and very very pleased. Lonnie cleaned dryer vent that is very hard to get to in our second story. Have had problems in the past with buildup/blockage and after they leave I rest easier and my dryer works better! Very nice guys, professional and not pushy but helpful and seem to pull just what I need out of that truck like a magician and her hat! Lonnie did a fabulous job cleaning our dryer vent. He was very professional and took time to explain some fire safety issues that he noticed in our home. Thank you Smoke Alert and Lonnie for providing this service. If you haven't gotten your dryer vents cleaned, call them...it's worth every penny!
