The technician was very professional and did a first class job cleaning our dryer vent.
Incredibly professional and courteous. They called and sent an email with a picture of the tech who was coming. He took pictures of the top of our chimney and inside - 2 of the 3 didn't need cleaning and he didn't try to upsell me. He also explained the way that fire extinguishers work in regard to different types of fires and made great, practical recommendations for our home. Highly recommend this company!
