Very efficient. Annual dryer vent cleaning and assessment of my home for fire safety. Always a professional approach. Would highly recommend.
Very professional and efficient. I was especially impressed by the young fireman who serviced my dryer vents and answered many of my questions.
Had our dryer duct work re routed to allow more room in the laundry room and Spencer was the tech. 5 Stars for sure. Very professional, clean work, even went over the home and checked the CO, Fire and Smoke detectors at no charge. I highly recommend the team at Smoke Alert.

This company is prompt, professional, and courteous. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends. Brandon cleaned out my dryer vent and installed a new connection in the back of the dryer to the vent. Very pleased with the job.
Highly recommend. Dale arrived a few minutes early after calling to ensure that was okay. Then he showed his credentials, etc, to prove who he was when he arrived. I showed him the dryer, etc, and went back to work.
