RecommendedGreat professional, prompt and reasonable service from tech named Jason who was the Fire Captain from the Shelby fire department.needed an extra fire extinguisher for my kitchen and he happened to have one that day on truck. Will use them definitely next time to check my dryer vent and possibly change the batteries in my smoke detectors if needed.
We just used Smoke Alert to clean our Dryer duct. They did a fantastic job, the price was very reasonable and tech was extremely knowledgeable, on time and helpful!

Yes I would. They were professional and answered any questions I asked and listed the things that I would need to take care of. Also replaced my 25 yr old fire detector with a fire and carbon monoxide detector.
We had our dryer vent cleaned today and Caleb did a great job. He was very friendly and took his job serious. I was so impressed that I decided to sign up for their yearly service so they can call me in about 10 months to schedule my next cleaning.
I will highly recommend Smoke Alert to all my clients/customers. I left a message on a Sunday afternoon for an inspection and Monday morning got a call back first thing, Tuesday morning appt. Dale was on time, professional service made sure we fully understood the fireplace system, checked the dryer vent, smoke alarms and made some recommendations for safety of my new homeowners. Such a great asset to the community and for me to offer to my clients. Love that it is Firefighter owned and operated also.
