Professional, fast and reasonably priced. I had them come out to clean my dryer vent and they also put on a new magnetic outside vent door. I will be calling them back soon to schedule a gas fireplace chimney inspection.
They are the best! The price is right, they are prompt and efficient and they are all Fire Fighters or former Fire Fighters. The Best!

the workers are firemen, they know what they're doing and do an amazing job. feel a lot safer now that my dryer vent is cleaned and planning on replacing and adding more smoke detectors.

Brandon was very professional and explained the steps he would be doing to test and clean the dryer vent. Also I had the exterior vent/flap replaced since my dryer flap had broken off. I would highly recommend them!
I almost did this with a random company on Groupon, then I heard about Smoke Alert from a family member. Iiked the idea that it was done by firemen. Josh came and did a thorough job of not only checking the dryer vent, but making sure all my smoke alarms and co2 monitors were up to date and working properly. Very nice and professional young man. I highly recommend this company.
