Very professional and identified a very serious hazard in the dryer duct that could have ended in disaster. Great tips and suggestions for family fire safety and emergency plans.
Brandon was awesome. The location of the dryer vent posed some challenges, but he was creative and solved the problem. He was very thorough and documented everything with pictures that were included in the invoice. The safety check he did was also very informative and helpful.
