Smoke Alert was great from beginning call to the appointment and follow up suggestions. Everyone was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I had a clog in two parts of my dryer vent creating moisture in the house. I'm so glad I called Smoke Alert before it became a bigger problem. Steve also explained the importance of changing out the fire alarms every ten years. I highly recommend Smoke alert for cleaning your vents ever year and any other fire safety concerns.

Had a great experience with this company. Very knowledgeable and quick efficient work! Cleaned our dryer vent out, installed updated smoke alarms throughout our house and we were able to purchase appropriate fire extinguishers.
Couldn't have asked for better service! When service was completed, they took time to review everything with me.....even showing me the "huge" nest that was in my vent! I will continue to use these guys!!!!!
Blake came out to our house to check our fireplace and chimney yesterday. I was super impressed with his service, knowledge and customer care. I have recommended him to my neighbor for her chimney sweep. I will definitely be calling them next year for my next fireplace evaluation.
