I needed to have my drier vent replaced due to age and blockage. Chris set me up with quick turn-around for an appointment. Lonnie came to do the repairs. He was fabulous!! Courteous and pleasant and went above and beyond. He noticed a possible gas leak at my meter when he was outside and had me call the gas company (who promptly showed up) and sure enough had a leak. We were very satisfied with the service we received for the cleaning of our dryer exhaust line, and the thorough safety examination that Drew provided for the rest of our home in Milton, GA. The additional products offered were reasonably priced, and high quality.
Drew did a Fabulous job! I haven't loved a company like this in a long time! Smoke Alert came out and cleaned my dryer vent. In the process I learned about the current construction of my vent and what needs to be improved. Drew also provided a courtesy check of my smoke alarms and fire extinguisher.
