They did an excellent job in clearing out our dryer vent (took about 45 min after all said and done). The dryer works much better now. Also their free fire safety inspection identified a couple of holes in our protection that needed to be addressed. I would not have identified these issues unless they were pointed out to me, and they could have been a major problem if a fire were to occur. I plan to use them again in the future.
Quick response, professional, affordable amd very informative! We had our dryer duct cleaned by this company and they were awesome. They gave us a free fire safety evaluation and recommended certain things. They have all equipment on their truck if you choose to buy but are not pushy at all. This company is also run by firefighter, how awesome!
They responded very quickly to our call and came within 24 hours to fix the dryer vent problem. The price was a bit higher than expected but it was not a simple fix - older house, nothing met code. A neighbor of ours who has experience with commercial systems approved their repair plan and said the price was reasonable. We will definitely call them again for vent cleaning and chimney sweeping. Nice folks. My only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we will have to bring in someone else to do the drywall repair.
Josh did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our chimney.My son Ryan Weathersbee referred us to this company because Chris goes to his church.Was hoping to meet Chris but I know it's his company.Maybe I will see him when I visit Hope Community Church....better known as Hope Cafe.Thankful for no more worries about our chimney leaking ever again.
