Smith Thompson made switching to their product so simple, no hassles. It was quick,simple and painless. Would have made the switch sooner if I had known how easy it would be. Very polite and professional technician doing the mechanical switch.

I've had Smith Thompson's Home Security for a few years now, never encountered any problems. Great customer service, with a caring and courteous voice on the line whenever I accidentally set off the alarm. Which triggers a call from the monitoring center with a response time that is second to none. A very fair and comfortable price for an excellent service. Also payments are quarterly rather than monthly, which is another added convenience. Solid, economical, and highly recommended security - thanks!!!

I recently had the pleasure of contracting with Smith-******** to update my home security and begin monthly monitoring. The entire process from the initial call to the scheduling the technician to monitoring has been wonderful. The sales staff are extremely friendly and patient. I was asking a variety of questions since it had been many years since I had investigated home security. They provided me with sound advice and suggested the proper equipment for my home. We are currently on our 4th year with Smiththompson. We use our remote access app on our mobile phone a lot. The app works great, never had connectivity issues. their 24/7 monitoring is awesome, when you forget to disarm before opening back door : ) All good things to say about this company. Dependable and affordable. Thanks

Friends and family of ours referred us to Smith Thompson, but we had locked ourselves into a 3-year more expensive contract with a competitor. The competitor reduced our bill and we decided to wait the remaining 16 months to avoid the hefty penalty. However, when the time came, we made the switch. The installation was quick yet thorough. We are beyond satisfied with the services Smith Thompson provides. We have and will continue to recommend Smith Thompson going forward. They were definitely worth the wait!

Clint activated our system in dripping springs. He did a great job and did not try to upsell a bunch of stuff that we didn't need. He was professional and very knowledgeable. We used smith Thompson in Harris county for many years and never had a complaint about their staff or service they provided.

We are very happy with our alarm system. We moved to TX from IL and did not know who to use. We asked our neighbors for a recommendation. Overwhelming, they recommended Smith ******** for their customer service and pricing. Our technician was very knowledgeable about the product and made sure I was comfortable using it prior to leaving.

We just switched over to Smith Thompson security from our previous 5 years with ADT. Customer service was friendly, easy to contact and they came out quickly. Our technician came out and switched everything over in only 10 minutes. No contract, no equipment fees ( they were able to use all of the equipment we already had from ADT) and we are saving so much money each month. And I don't have to worry about them increasing the rate each year. We are so happy with our new service!!!!
