The gentleman that came out to install my equipment was fantastic. He made recommendations on what he thought was needed based on the layout of my home and even the back yard (I have a man-made lake just beyond my back fence) The monitoring has been great thus far though I'm glad to say that the two or three times the alarm has gone off has all been our fault due to forgetting the alarm was set and opening a door. They are the best you can have in north Texas. Why pay two or three times more when you get much better service, compared to the big brands who keep pushing you with daily commercials.
