Smith ******** has been great so far! Price is so much more affordable than almost all other security companies, and the customer service is so much better, too. I receive quick and friendly responses, and it's also nice to know that they're family-owned and located not too far away (in Plano). I have had an alarm system since 1989 and recently my wife and I moved into a new home.
