Everything about Smith Thompson has been a breeze so far! The tech that installed our system was extremely knowledgeable- we had a lot of questions. He was not pushy with products, just presented our options.. which I appreciated a lot. I have enjoyed the service & would definitely recommend. You can't beat the pricing either!

Friendly sales and technicians made the whole process very easy. Great price and there is no contract required, although you have to pay quarterly. Their technical support over the phone is also great. I'd recommend their service to anybody need a home security system.

We are new in town. The home we purchased already had a security system. We called the provider and they were not able to help us by phone and fees were expensive. I researched multiple companies. Was so very happy to find Smith-********. Great low installation fee with no hidden fees! The installer was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We were actually going to go without monitoring but at only $16.95 monthly, the added security is great. No brainer, great decision!

We moved into our home two months ago. Made an appointment with Smith ******** and had a representative there right after we moved in. The appointment was quick and the representative was very helpful in answering our questions. We've been very happy with them and love the ability to use an app. The month to month contract sold us.
