We absolutely love Smith Thompson Home Security. Loved the fast install and detailed explanation of the equipment from the installer, love the price and love the customer service when our alarm has been triggered - they are fast, courteous and committed to keeping my family safe. We've also had great success with the app to arm and disarm our system. I won't look anywhere else for my home security needs in the future!

Just wanted to put a couple comments about the Smith Thompson Home Security and Team. Top notch on all levels from the initial call and set up to the home team setting up system to the response team even when you do accidentally forget to turn off alarm when opening a door. Quick, effective and make us feel safe. Great Job McKinney, TX

The technician who installed our alarm system was excellent. We had tried another alarm company prior to Smith Thompson, and had difficulty with our service from Day 1. Not so with Smith Thompson. We are so glad we changed to Smith Thompson, and would recommend their service to anyone.

I have used Smith Thompson for years now. Shoot, I used them, moved overseas, came back, and returned to Smith Thompson for their service. Actually, you would think I was working on commission for them, since I have introduced quite a few family members to use Smith Thompson as well for their home security.

I had previously been with another home security company (I'll keep it classy & won't mention names haha), but I'm so glad I made the switch to Smith Thompson. Smith Thompson made it easy for me to switch over with my existing alarm system. I saved a lot more with Smith Thompson but didn't give up any quality of service.

I highly recommend Smith ********! Shoot, my mother uses them, too! My aunt was the one who researched them & recommended their service to my mom. Note that my aunt doesn't mess around with nonsense; she wants good service at a good price! As a result, I didn't hesitate to use Smith ******** when it was my turn to start "adult-ing" and hire a home security company. I have used many alarm companies over my 29 years in The DFW area and I can truly say my experience with Smith ******** has been flawless from the first call, installation and now their continued service. Making an appointment was simple and easy, even when I had to change the first appointment date. The CSR was very accommodating with my changes. They informed me the technician will call me 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician was great in communicating with me. His prior job kept him a little later than expected but he kept me informed through the entire process. I really appreciated that considering I had a birthday party to attend.
