I had always seen the signs in neighbors' yards, so once I received a great promotional setup rate, I pulled the trigger. Great service, great price, small company feel. No complaints and looking forward to the future savings! Lastly, the app is more simple to use than ADT's.

Smith Thompson made the installation process seamless! We appreciate their great customer service. The technician that came out was professional and friendly. We heard an ad for Smith ******** Home Security. It was "local" so we checked. Boy are we glad! They were so friendly and professional. Set up an appointment at our convience. The installation gentleman was so great! Since I am partially disabled he took the time to explain the system and its operation. Installation was completed with little fuss. Clean-up followed which left me nothing to do. He was friendly, efficient and courteous. I recommend Smith ******** to anyone. They are better than advertised.

A family member had switched to Smith Thompson and kept telling us we should switch as well. After finally getting fed up with our current provider we decided to make the transition. Best move ever ! We are new to the State and unfamiliar with Smith ******** Security which is the security company the previous owners used, so inquired with the previous owners about them. They spoke highly of them and informed us that they had been with Smith ******** Security after leaving ADT many years back. We switched from ADT to Smith Thompson last month and we are glad we did. The technician who came for installation was good and explained the system thoroughly. I am also glad that there is no "waiting time" before the monitoring team is notified in case of an alarm. Our alarm accidentally went off once and I got a "local" call within seconds.
