I had a really positive experience with Smith T*******. After getting a quote from ADT I called Smith T*******. They were much less expensive and I decided to go with them. Their representative came out and converted my system quickly and painlessly and walked me thru how to use it. This is a good company with great service and rates you can't beat elsewhere.

Let me begin with telling you how nice it is to do business with an honest, wholesome company! Recently switched to Smith Thompson and am very glad we did. We were able to reduce our cost; installation was quick and efficient; the technician was great and answered every question we had. I would highly recommend them.
We have used Smith Thompson for several years now and they have done a terrific job. We knew when we moved from our previous home into our new home, that we wanted to continue using them. Their customer service is excellent. Fortunately, we have never had a true emergency, but they always treat any alarm going off in your home as a potential emergency and call immediately. I would recommend them to anyone who is considering adding home security.

I recently switched to Smith ******** to eliminate the cost of my home telephone line and reduce my monthly monitoring cost. The technician that came to my house had to replace 4 keypads and the main board. He was early to his appointment after calling 30 minutes ahead as asked, was courteous and prompt to complete the work. He answered all of my questions during the installation and left a very helpful "cheat sheet" on doing the most common maintenance tasks (adding and remove codes, etc). I first contacted Smith Thompson a few years ago when my contract was over with a larger security company. I no longer wanted to keep my landline phone service and Smith Thompson offered a wireless alternative. Not only am I saving almost $800 per year by not having a home phone line anymore, but I am also saving another $500 per year compared to my old security monitoring system. We recently moved and Smith Thompson is with us at the new house as well. Very Happy with our service and how affordable it is.
