We had a great experience with Smith Thompson at our previous residence in Houston, and had a great experience setting up our alarm system at our new house. It was one less thing to have to worry about. The technician was on time, polite, informative and funny to boot! We highly recommend this company.

I just got my Smith and ******** Security installed and I'm pretty pleased with it. I was looking for a company that I could use for securing my house and this company was recommended to be by a co-worker. The system is very user friendly! What really drawn me to the company was the price for service. It's under $20 a month which is perfect. You have the option of a 3 month bill or yearly. You get a month free. Smith ******** was great about getting my old alarm system from 2002 set up and running with modern equipment. I had a glitch after the install and they sent a tech out the next day and fixed the problem no charge. I am really happy with the price and the service!
Smith Thompson Security were very professional and gave us the time we needed to ask questions and guide us through the system we needed. We have heard of them for many years and when we decided to get a security system they were our first choice. We would highly recommend them to anyone!
