They came out promptly and installed our security monitoring and sprayed for pest. Very competitive rates when you purchase a la carte, even better rates when bundled.

Great, thank you! Bundling, we think, when it was first attempted several years ago, had a rocky start. There really wasn't a very real savings and in fact, it sometimes cost more...not good at all! We actually save you a lot when packaged together, not just some fancy marketing pitch. We appreciate you bringing this up!
We just recently switched from another vendor to Smith Thompson. We are so happy to have made the switch! We were able to use the equipment we had in place.The price per month is less than half of what we were paying and the service is great!

We are very happy with our Smith Thompson security system. The technician was able to upgrade a really old system that was previously in place for very low cost. He was very friendly and never pushed us to purchase add-ons or anything that we didn't need. My system does the same thing as ADT for half of the expense.

We are very please with Smith Thompson Security. The technician showed up on time, he was very polite and personable. He made sure we knew how everything worked after the install. He answered any and all the questions we had with no hesitation. Our alarm went off soon after having it installed and they were quick to call us. I would definitely refer them to others!

Smith Thompson Home Security had the lowest price compared to all the other competitors. My former security company wanted to charge a lot more for me to go wireless so I made the switch to chance to Smith Thompson and have no regrets. They installed the new security system quickly and efficiently!
