I am really happy with Smith Thompson. At installation time they were very accommodating with my requests and quick. Their response time is extremely fast, as my family has found out after a couple false alarms. I have no complaints about them!

I am very happy with this company. The installation was quick and easy and they were very accommodating in my requests. I've had a couple times were my goddaughter forgot to turn off the alarm and have found that their response is fast. All in all, I don't have a single bad thing to say about this company.

Great so far. Alarm went off accidentally 4 days after getting it. Had somebody on the way in less than 5 minutes. Way better than previous company. Very pleased.
