Can't say enough good things about the service. Tech that did the install was on time and on point. Explained everything to us, and wasn't pushy trying to get us to add things we didn't want or need- very nice experience. We've had our monitoring for 2 months now, and couldn't be happier! If you are an avid smartphone user, you have to get the app to arm/disarm your system - we couldn't live without it!

I recently decided to shop for a new security service. I am so glad that I called Smith ********! Shawn showed up just when he said he would and was very knowledgeable about how to get my system up to date and still stay in my budget. He returned for the scheduled install and did an excellent job. I set my alarm wrong one evening and caused a false alarm the next morning. This was all my fault and totally avoidable. If I could give Smith Thomson an A++++ I would do so. They are amazing and provide a valuable service at a very reasonable price. The technician was on time and very professional. He replaced my old system and made sure I was confident in using the new system before he left. I paid annually and it come out to about $15.50 per month + tax. These guys are pros and I highly recommend them.

My wife and I recently moved and switched alarm companies to Smith Thompson. We were very happy with how easy the process was from our initial sign up to installation. The technician was very helpful and was able to use our existing key pad in the bedroom and install a new key pad by our garage door. The technician gave us a full explanation on how to use the system, and we have not had any issues with the system since.

We had Smith THompson install about 3 months ago. The installer was very helpful (we had an old system and one door that wasn't working that he resolved). He was on time, fast, knowledgable, explanatory. When he left he explained how to use very clearly and provided a cheat sheet. Great Service and super price!

My wife and I recently moved to Mesquite from Oklahoma. The lady who owned the house we bought could not remember the code. Her security company wouldn't talk to us without a three year agreement.
