I recently had Smith Thompson Home Security install an alarm system in my home. The representative I initially spoke with was knowledgable and helpful. The technician that installed the system was very polite and knowledgable . He explained what was needed and how to use the system. I would definitely recommend them.

The best monthly monitoring price I found after the latest price increase from my prior alarm monitoring company (3X more per month) went into effect. From the sales person I initially spoke with, and the installation technician who came to my house, to the monitoring center rep who called immediately after I accidentally set off the alarm, I've had all positive experiences. I am glad I made the switch and have saved over $100 in monthly monitoring fees after just a few months.

Shawn of Smith Thompson installed our security system late January 2017. Our previous supplier removed their system, leaving bundles of wires hanging from the walls. Shawn completed a complete installation very quickly and professionally, and explained the new system in detail. A really great home security company. I made a switch from the previous service because their monitoring rates were getting out of control. The changeover was fast and easy. The technician installed the new wireless communicator in about 10 minutes, tested the system and was completed in about 20 minutes. I would recommend anyone give this excellent company a try.
