I have a recent-construction home that came with a pre-wired security system. I spent a good amount of time checking with my neighborhood Facebook page and online reviews about my options for security monitoring companies. I finally settled on Smith T*******. I love this company! I am a new customer, and I chose this company over the larger competitor because of the better rate and the better customer service. My favorite thing about this company is the package that also provides pest control. I love the peace of mind knowing my home is being maintained and secured by a good company at a reasonable price.

We have used Smith-Thompson for multi years because they provide excellent service at the lowest cost in the metroplex. We just moved into a new home and transferred service from the old. Several security companies approached us to change but on examination we easily decided to stay with Smith-Thompson.

We chose Smith Thompson for our new home because of their customer reviews and affordable coverage. Their name was familiar to us from radio advertisements, word of mouth, and neighbor's signs in their yards. For us, it was an easy choice. Our technician was extremely knowledgeable and offered great customer service. My technician Justin was fantastic. He talked me through the equipment that I would need, tried to get me the best deal, and spent a lot of time going over how to arm and disarm the alarm and all the different settings. Unfortunately my fire alarm already went off due to construction and I immediately received a call from Smith Thompson to make sure everything was okay and to let me know the fire department was already notified and on their way (I did feel like an idiot knowing they came out to my place bc of dust!). Many of my neighbors use Smith Thompson. I had previously used a nationally known company for many years. I switched because of the technology that Smith Thompson deploys and their fair & reasonable pricing. The technician was knowledgeable and professional and made me aware of all of their various service options. Most importantly too me, I did not feel pressured to chose any of the more costly options.

I started using Smith Thompson a couple months ago. Their pricing was far better than some of the other home security companies, especially over high priced ADT. The technician was highly knowledgeable and courteous. He was in and out in a hour and made sure I understood everything about the system before he left. I've used several home security companies in the past and from now on, I'll only use Smith Thompson.
