Great service! Technician arrived on time and was very courteous. He went through all the settings and how to use the system. Then confirmed i understood how it all worked and answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed at all. Would highly recommend.

The installation with great and so quick. The technician was helpful and very knowledgeable. We should have done this a long time ago. So happy with Smith Thompson.

We wanted to install an alarm system after a burglary happened next door. We went with Smith Thompson at the recommendation of a friend. We have been pleased with our service. The install was great. Easy and convenient. The alarm has actually been set off once at 2:30 a.m. due to some crazy wind and they called within the minute to make sure we were okay. It was a relief to know they were actively monitoring since the door was wide open. Could have been a different situation. Super pleased with our service.
Recently switch Security Monitoring services to Smith-Thompson. My call was answered quickly and professional. The telephone tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
