We recently signed up with Smith Thompson Home Security. The technician was great and very patient with all my questions. They have great reviews and now I see why. Thank you for making our home feel more secure.
I had been with ADT the previous 4 years, and service kept getting worse, while price went up. I changed over to Smith Thompson and have been very impressed. The Technician kept their word and gave me a call 30 minutes before arriving at my house. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Things were installed quickly at a very affordable rate! I am very happy with the move.
I had Smith Thompson for about three years in Fort Worth. When I moved to irving. I had free security service so I switched to Las Colinas Security (ProHome Security) But now ProHome Security has started charging, I just moved back to Smith Thompson about a month back. Their technician was knowledgeable and checked all door and windows. I had great experience again with them. Now I pay for a year in advance to get thirteen month service.
Great company! Super responsive! They provide professional service at a very reasonable price. I have been using their service for about a year, and never had any issue with the service. When the alarm goes off, they always call promptly to check. I am very pleased with their service.
Never had an issue with the service. They call promptly to check when my alarm goes off and are helpful when I need to change a setting. The Pest service hasn't let me down either. They uphold their warranty.

From the get go this was an amazing experience! From setting up installation to the technician. I was able to get the instillation within a couple of days of calling and the technician was in an out within an hour. Gary went over everything with me in detail and answered any questions I had. I added on the app as well. Not to mention the price all of this just for $23 a month and no Contract. I highly recommend this company!!
