Smith Thompson have great customer service! I have been with them for 8 years.
Smith Thompson made it easy to switch over from ADT - save me over $60 a month! The tech came out, was right on time, and had the whole thing wrapped up in about a half an hour. I love that they are local to Texas, and whenever I call, they are helpful.
the setup process was quick and easy, and the technician was explain me slowly and detail. I like the fact that it is no contract and we can cancel anytime. The only thing is the basic plan doesn't include a remote to turn on and off alarm.

After thorough research, we have chosen Smith Thompson Home Security for monitoring and we are happy with their service for more than two years now. They have communicated their services clearly with no hidden costs or false promises. The technician was able to hook up the system with the existing keypad and wiring in my house saving us a lot of money right from the installation.
