I researched a lot before choosing a security company. Smith Thompson has the best prices by far. We also loved the representative who came out to install - very friendly and competent. You can tell when someone likes their job and company and it definitely seemed that way with Smith Thompson. Would recommend to anyone.

Great pricing and no-gimmick service! We went with home monitoring and mobile app service and the installation pro was very quick and courteous. He did not try to upsell, but instead explained the pros and cons of all options for our requirements.
