My wife and I moved into a new house and we heard great things about Smith Thompson through her Aunt and Uncle. We called to get more info and the representative was very informative and nice. We easily set up an appointment and the technician that came out was super quick and friendly! It has been a great experience!

We just switched from ADT to Smith Thompson security in Georgetown/Austin area. Their technician was professional and knowledgeable and able to use existing equipment, including sensors in place (new home) that ADT wasn't able to use. We have a much more secure place at 1/3 of the price. In addition, they were very safety conscious, using masks, sanitizers, shoe covers, etc. Highly recommended.

I recently switch my home monitoring to Smith Thompson Home Security. I found that the installer was very professional and arrived as scheduled. The amount I was quoted prior to the install was the exact amount I had to pay after the install for the equipment and monitoring for a year. After a recent move, we were looking to have a home security system installed. We contacted 3 different companies and after receiving the run around, we called Smith Thompson Home Security. The technician came out within 48 hours of our initial call. The installation process was very professional and quick. The service is working very well! The installation and monthly fees are more than reasonably priced. Smith Thompson provides 5 star service. We would definitely recommend over any other local or major alarm companies!

Great company, great service and great prices. I called Smith Thompson because I heard an advertisement and liked the price structure with no contract required. They came out and upgraded my keypads and re-connected all of my window and door sensors. They could not connect the fire alarms because they said that my house is not up to code with the number of fire alarms. We hired Smith Thompson Dec 19 2019 after dropping a local firm due to their changing their price on service calls. Our service person, Kevin showed up on time and made an investigation of our current system. He explained that our current system would operate with no changes and could easily be switched to Smith Thompson. We have had no problems since that first day and will continue to stay with them. ****** **
