Great and affordable alarm servicing company. Staff is super friendly and quick to activate and install. The accompanying mobile app is super helpful as well. Very happy with our service for the price.

The team and their services have both been great so far. The installer came within the window that they mentioned, and he called ahead when he was on his way. He was very quick with his setup work and he showed me how everything worked. He didn't even mind when I asked a dozen questions! He told me about some other things I could purchase but was absolutely NOT pushy at all when I said 'no'. We recently purchased a new home. The company that installed the alarm system was very expensive for monitoring services so I contacted Smith Thompson. It was a great decision. The sales person on the phone was able to determine that they could monitor my system. The technician that came for the installation was exceptional. He totally checked out the system to ensure it was working and then gave us a very clear walk through on how to use the system and set up its features. We recently moved to the area from Pennsylvania and one of our new neighbors recommended Smith Thompson Home Security to monitor our alarm. We are not disappointed at all in the quick response, service to install, start up, and in the professional manner Shawn explained everything to us. I'm very impressed that there is no contract, and if you are not satisfied you can just cancel the service. Did I mention they price? It is a bargain!

Had a competitor in our old house, and after moving we switched and never looked back. The installation was smooth, and the technician was prompt, clean and professional. The service so far a has been impressive. We like being able to access the house security system from our smart phones, and get notifications as well. Highly recommend!

There several choices if you're looking for a home security company. My wife and I chose Smith-Thompson for several reasons: 1.) Cost. For $16 per month, you'll be hard-pressed to find a better price. Pay a year in advance and you get one month free. 2.) Service. I switched to Smith Thompson for my Sugar Land to save money. ADP was charging me $53 (for years) and Smith Thompson was $16.95. So, when I bought my house in Austin it was a no-brainer. They came out and installed their system and fixed several sensors. I couldn't be happier with the service provided.

I would like to thank Shawn for his Awesome customer service and knowledge of my system. It was the fastest and easiest install. Not to include the LOWEST PRICE and NO CONTRACT!! I will be referring my friends and family.
