So professional! Other company told me I needed new system. STS came and changed a battery and changed over my monitoring system for free. And monthly fee is way better too!! Feel so confident in them.

We recently moved and needed to hire someone to monitor our security system. We had previously used another company in our previous home. I remember reading positive reviews on the Neighborhood App about ST so I thought I would call and get a quote. Wow. Am I ever glad that I did.
