Last year we bought a house and it already had an existing security system installed and it just needed to be activated. We had a really bad experience with ADT. ADT told us they could use the existing system but when they got here they installed all new stuff. Needless to say I had them rip it out immediately and they left me without working panels to even set the chime. I've had Smith ******** since purchasing my new home earlier this year. The experience has been outstanding from the initial phone call to setup the service to the installation, and since then I can also say they have a quick response time to alarms (under two minutes). 1 review 5.0 star rating 12/21/2017 I know everyone hates having a need that requires scheduling a service technician to come to the house. Work with Smith ********, however, could not have been any easier. I had them come by the house to replace a 25+ year old system. The tech was in and out in not time. What's more - he called in advance, and arrived on time. That never happens! Or so I thought. Well, done, Smith ********. Oh, by the way - saving 66% is pretty nice as well!

Thanks for the feedback! We researched who your technician was, and yes, he does get a little too chatty at times. We'll talk to him about it, he's a fantastic tech, but sometimes talks a little too much.
