I had a wonderful experience with the installation of my system with Smith Thompson, The tech was on time, very knowledgable, pleasant to work with and completed the work in a very efficient manner. He answered all of my questions and made sure I understood how to work the system before he left. He also tested everything to make sure that it was all in working order before he left. Excellent experience all around so far with Smith Thompson. Friendly salespeople. Initial installation occurred quickly. Installation technician was absolutely fantastic. And service has been great ever since. Like some others whose reviews I've read, we've had issues setting off our alarm a few times since installation; but I'm chalking this up to "user error". I'd recommend Smith Thompson to any of my friends and/or family.

Great company! Half the cost of my previous Home Security monitoring service and better service. Installer was able to use all the equipment I already had in the house and only needed to install the wireless transmitter. Took less than half an hour! My payment options were clearly explained and there was no pressure to accept alternate offers. I could not be happier!

I have had such wonderfully positive experiences with Smith ********. Their phone customer service agents are so kind and helpful and the technician who came to install the system was personable, knowledgeable, and patient as he explained the system. I was very happy with the technician that activated the system in my new house. He was very friendly and did the job quickly. Smith ******** is the best deal out there for monitoring. At $16.95 a month, there is not another company that comes close. They have good service too. Had a false alarm just the other day, and their call came in under ten seconds. Had searched and searched around trying to find the right security company to go with and I am so glad I didn't go with the first security company I looked up.
