I just wanted to share what a great experience we've had with this company! We've had them installed for a month now, and have absolutely nothing but great things to say about them. The installation was fast and easy- they used our existing equipment and didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't need. When we went on vacation, our house sitter set off the alarm system and we were contacted immediately even though we were out of the country. Very satisfied with this company! We live out in the country and we weren't even sure if we'd be able to get services. Our tech went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He upgraded our system, walked me through setting up the website, mobile app, and extensively showed me how to use the system! I was even left with a little cheat sheet on how to use the alarm as well as his cell number in case we had questions. So glad we went with them!

Had new security system installed by Smith T******* and signed up for monitoring. I would highly recommend. Excellent customer service, professional installation, competitive pricing and reliable monitoring! The best option and value for home security in the Dallas Fort Worth area IMO.

I was looking to make a switch from the security company I was with and started my search on the BBB site to find highest rated. The first two companies I checked out and called were asking for a lot of money upfront and long term contracts. Then, I called Smith Thompson. Wow! Our kids have used this company and always told us to try them. They said 'the is the nicest company we have ever done business with' and we have to confirm that as well. We recently switched to Smith ******** as we wanted a much less expensive monthly fee. We found an ad offering a discount on installation so I called and spoke to a very helpful representative. Having answered all my questions to my satisfaction, she set up an appointment to install the system. The installer was prompt and professional and the installation was handled to our complete satisfaction. Great customer service and lots of money saved! We are very satisfied!
