Very efficient, courteous. Some of the people at the desks I've seen for ten years or more--very assuring. I heard employees speak to customers in Spanish and in Asian languages. Our neighborhood is diverse and Sloane is attuned to the diversity. Well done. The facility is clean and there are study carrels, like in libraries, with outlets to charge your phone or computer. I can also get a lot of work done while I wait for my car to be finished.

We had a great experience w/ this dealership in purchasing a lightly used Subaru-- very organized sales team, comfortable facility (we could inspect the car while it was indoors), and great pricing. Our kudos and thanks to David, Sam, and Javier. Well-worth the drive and traffic annoyances of city driving to reach their location (we live 85 miles away and in a much more rural area). Highly recommend!
