I went for an oil change at 9:50am and sat in the waiting room for 2hrs !!! Horrible and all they said was I'm sorry we're short on staff!!

Great experience here! Eugene Velaj helped me out and was very patient, to the point, personable, and helpful - made the process of getting a new car less stressful and helped me find the exact car and deal I wanted! I had spoke with the manager, David Gould, before coming in and he provided great information and answers to my questions, and eventually worked on getting me the best deal! Quick and attentive customer service all around. Highly recommend this dealership! Thank you!!

I had a very pleasant experience with Eugient Velaj today July 20, 2017 at Cottmon Ave Dealership in Philadelphia. He handled all that is needed to lease a brand new 2017 Corolla Se.
