My car literally stopped right in the middle of the street coming home from work on a Sat, I was blocks away from the dealer. I called to see if I could have a tow truck tow it to Sloane, it was right before closing time. They said to bring it right over although they would not look at it until Monday. It was fast, easy and friendly service. The best part is....I thought I would be out of a car for days. They called me Monday and had it repaired and ready to go for me by the time I got off work. Love going here and have bought or leased all of our vehicles from Sloane. Illya Ganetsky and Steve Barsky are awesome to work with and have always made us feel welcomed and like we were their only customers!!!!! I recommend the both of them highly!!!!!!!

I got my used car from sloane and was sent a carfax and a history report that showed all brakes and tires were replaced only to find out a month after having the car, the rear brakes needed to be replaced (and rotors). Contacted them and was told they made a mistake and accidentally put the replacement on the report the front brakes were replaced but rears were not....sorry for the inconvenience. Some inconvenience. You'd figure a Toyota dealership would make amends and cover the $300 for their mistake but I guess not. Won't... read more
